Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the candidate will lead transformation and digital projects across C-Care, ensuring timely execution and improved efficiency. The role involves working closely with teams and vendors for successful implementation.

 

What you will be doing:
  • Supporting and coordinating the implementation of transformation and digital initiatives across departments and business units.
  • Translating strategic directions into operational deliverables and tracking project timelines and dependencies.
  • Facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, and reengineering of workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Organising workshops and working sessions to co-design and validate improved processes.
  • Monitoring project progress and resolving issues by proposing actionable alternatives.
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams for successful delivery of systems and tools.
  • Documenting revised SOPs and project deliverables and maintaining updated project dashboards and trackers.
  • Liaising with clinical and non-clinical departments to support implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Preparing project updates for senior management and contributing to the development of annual transformation roadmaps.

 What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, operations improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or Waterfall).
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital operations is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools (e.g. Trello, MS Project).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently in fast-paced environments.
