Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for coordinating dynamic projects? Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and report directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be entrusted with the end-to-end management of project sites and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence. Your core duties will include:
- Managing all active and upcoming project sites.
- Allocating intervention teams and optimising their productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring sites are prepared before our interventions (access, surfaces, materials, etc.).
- Overseeing application processes and ensuring quality control during and after interventions.
- Attending site meetings with client representatives, contractors, and consultants.
- Coordinating closely with the Sales Team to provide intervention dates, collect required client inputs (e.g., colour, surface type), and ensure customer expectations are clearly defined and met.
- Maintaining and updating the planning system to avoid overbooking and ensure that every project has a confirmed intervention slot.
- Following up with clients post-intervention and coordinating after-sales service requests in collaboration with the Sales and Contracting Teams.
- Preparing material lists per job and ensuring timely dispatch to the site.
- Monitoring stock availability and submitting new material order requests as required.
- Monitoring site costs and ensuring the timely submission of all claims and the closing of accounts.
- Verifying all work quantities for final invoicing.
- Ensuring that all teams remain consistently active on jobs and that schedule changes are efficiently managed and communicated.
- Inputting new client information and updating project statuses in the internal system.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a diploma or degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or contracting.
- Autonomous and entrepreneurial in mindset.
- A natural team leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical, organised, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel and project management software.
- Respectful of deadlines and able to manage priorities effectively..
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
