Are you an experienced project professional with a background in civil engineering? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Development Officer to join our team and support the successful execution of construction and development projects.
Your Role
- Assist the Project Development Manager throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
- Understand and align with client requirements and financial constraint
- Coordinate project setup by ensuring all necessary tools and resources are in place prior to commencement.
- Organize and participate in pre-construction meetings with internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support the Project Department and align with their needs and expectations.
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering; project management certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Solution-focused with sound decision-making abilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and strong work ethics
- Holds a valid driving license
