Production and maintenance supervisor

As part of its expansion, Fine Crush ltd, a subsidiary of Betonix ltd is recruiting a production and maintenance supervisor with at least two years of experience in a similar position for its stone crusher a La Tour Koenig.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To be a hands-on person and manage a team of 30 people.
• To organise, direct and control production.
• To supervise and control the operation and adjustment of materials processing equipment.
• To participate in the preparation of budgets and monitor operating expenses.
• To establish proper production planning.
