Support the efficient operation of the production process by managing inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating the flow of materials
Key/Primary Responsibilities - The ability to carefully track inventory, inspect products, and monitor storage conditions is critical to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
- Strong and clear communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, such as stocking, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely supply of materials to production.
- Should be able to quickly address issues that arise, such as inventory discrepancies, damaged goods.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure production requirements are met on time.
- Being dynamic, to adapt any change in schedules, priorities, and unexpected challenges. Flexibility in work hours or tasks may be necessary to meet production goals.
- A willingness to learn new processes, tools, or technologies related to inventory management and alcohol production can enhance performance and career development.
- Accuracy in inventory management and be trustworthy in maintaining accurate records and handling materials properly. Should also take responsibility for their work and report any discrepancies or issues honestly
Education & Personal Competences - Minimum Form 5 or certifications in inventory management
- Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the food and beverage or alcohol production industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards in alcohol production.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, such as stocking, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely supply of materials to production.
