The incumbent will have to;

 •Deal with suppliers for office requirements and seek for the best quotations.

•Monitor and follow up the stock count of office stationaries and other equipment and make monthly inventories.
•Answer mails to various office requests.
•Prepare monthly schedule expenses of the different companies within the group on time.
•Input purchase orders and adding received goods in the computer system of the company.
•Maintain the history of each and every items purchased by the company.
•Prepare reports upon request according to the customers’ evaluation sheets available.
•Create and maintain a database of all potential suppliers.
•Verify bills from suppliers against quotations and purchase orders before finalising payment
•Provide assistance and follow-up related to company vehicles and other equipment.

The ideal candidate should have the following: 

 

•Minimum HSC  coupled with a Diploma in Purchasing or any other qualifications acceptable to Management
•At least 2 years experience in related field.
•Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
•Good personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
•Good negotiation skills
•Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
•Dynamic and with a 'Can Do' attitude.
•Holder of a valid driving license
