QUANTITY SURVEYOR

TRANSINVEST IS LOOKING FOR A QUANTITY SURVEYOR. APPLY NOW AND GET THE CHANCE TO WORK IN A FLEXIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Quantity Surveyor will have to co-ordinate and attend with the Site Manager on all aspects of his mission and in close collaboration with the Contract Manager to safeguard the contractual liabilities and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·      Participate in the preparation of the budget cost of project and monitor deviation during works implementation. 

·      Prepare Interim and Final Account Statement.

·      Prepare monthly cost report / cash flow forecast.

·      Assist Contract Manager in contractual follow up of site. 

·      Monitor payment to suppliers and subcontractors.  

·      Other duties as required.

Qualification and Experience:

• Register with the Council of Professional Quantity Surveyors Mauritius.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
