1. Process purchase orders for suppliers and arrange for delivery 2. Request for quotes/ info for products, materials, equipment and services as per procedure 3. Coordinate Procurement related activities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process purchase orders for suppliers and arrange for delivery 
• Request for quotes/ info for products, materials, equipment and services as per procedure
• Coordinate the complete procurement-related activities such as payments, permit, transport & logistics, store notification, costing, facilitating PRC and all order-related issues until completion of order
• Coordinate & facilitate reverse logistics such as the return of faulty goods and their replacement 
• Ensure costing, purchase receipts are made promptly upon delivery at stores & as well as on-site through effective follow-up & coordination with concern
• Maintain up-to-date filing system on suppliers contact details, pricelist and ensure immediate & accurate access to information
• Ensure that complaints with document issues, defects in materials purchased and quality of service are addressed to suppliers
• Administrative tasks
• Any other cognate duties
