About the role:
As a PreConnect Collection Manager, you will be responsible for telephone communication with individuals and businesses regarding outstanding debts as part of the white-label reminder process.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting "soft reminder" (nudging) calls with consumers on behalf of our clients (both inbound and outbound).
- Reminding customers of missed payments, such as leasing instalments.
- Encouraging prompt settlement of outstanding amounts.
- Providing information about upcoming leasing instalments and their due dates.
- Recording call details in our telephone system using predefined call result codes and wrap-up codes for accurate follow-up processing.
- Conducting address searches and scheduling follow-up calls when needed.
- A commercial education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center is a plus.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of both German and French (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- An independent, structured working style with a strong sense of quality and customer service.
