We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant to design, develop, and deliver business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create visually compelling, data-driven dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.

• Optimize data models for performance and usability.

• Provide end-user training and support for Power BI solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with Power BI.

• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)

• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

• Power BI certification is a plus.
