Piece Rate Clerk

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly responsible for determining and calculating piece rates work on construction sites.

• Calculate piece rate remunerations based on production output and established rates
• Maintain accurate records of individual worker production data
• Process daily, weekly, and monthly piece rate calculations
• Maintain detailed records of piece rate schedules and rate changes 
• Update worker production databases with accurate output figures 
• Ensure all piece rate documentation is properly filed and accessible 
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in production counts or payments
