We are on the lookout for a highly proactive and organised Personal Secretary to the bank’s Senior Management.
The jobholder will support management daily duties and contribute to the operational heartbeat of our organisation.
What You will Own & Drive:
Executive Support at its Finest
- Stay one step ahead by managing calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless daily flow
- Handle confidential communication and emails with professionalism and precision
- Organise key documents, ensure timely dispatch to regulatory bodies (BOM, MBA, Ombudsperson), and keep things running like clockwork
First Point of Contact
- Be the welcoming face and voice for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Manage calls, appointments, and client visits
- Coordinate restaurant bookings and executive lunches as needed
Smooth Operational Flow
- Keep personal and professional records up to date (ID, POA, Passports, etc.)
- Track departmental activities reporting into the MD’s office
- Liaise across departments to ensure alignment and follow-ups
- Step in during the Executive Assistant’s leave to keep operations seamless
Who You Are:
- Meticulously organised, with exceptional attention to detail
- Trustworthy and discreet, especially when handling confidential matters
- An expert communicator, written and verbal
- Proactive and resourceful
- Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or in a high-pressure administrative role will be a strong advantage.
