Pers’o Mobile Officer

We are looking for a responsible and service-driven Pers’o Mobile Officer to join our team. As Pers’o Mobile Officer, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and back-office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the company vehicle to collect soiled linen and deliver clean linen to clients as per the delivery and collection schedule.
Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
Handle cash and electronic payments with accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate closely with the back-office team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
Follow the delivery and collection planning strictly and report any deviations or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and transactions.
Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.

Requirements:

• Higher School Certificate
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow set procedures and plans.
• Comfortable handling both cash and e-payments.
• Basic coordination and reporting skills for liaising with internal teams.
