Pattern Maker

The Pattern Make will have to draft pattern as per technical sketches received from customers and designers and be able to propose measurement based on design.

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Product Development and the Senior Pattern Maker.

What you will be doing:

• Drafting patterns for a variety of designs using Gerber Technology for sample development and bulk production

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 Years of experience in similar position
• Knowledgeable in pattern making and sewing
• Knowledge in Gerber will be an advantage
• A Diploma in the same field will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite
• Knowledgeable in pattern making and sewing
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information with attention to detail
• Passionate about continuous improvement
• Dynamic and outgoing
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence people positively
• Ability to simplify complex tasks
