QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Certificate or degree program from culinary Institutes/ Universities. • NC4 - Pastry or HND in culinary art from any recognised institution. • Should be computer literate. • Minimum 10 years of working experience in a hotel or institutional catering business

• Certificate or degree program from culinary Institutes/ Universities.

• NC4 - Pastry or HND in culinary art from any recognised institution.

• Should be computer literate.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in a hotel or institutional catering business with a minimum of 3 years working experience as Chef.


PROFILE
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to speak, write and read French and English.
• Readiness to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays, Public Holidays and cyclonic days.
