To assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of rolls breakfast pastries and special cakes, according to hotel standard recipes and to perform preparation work for food items for the various hotel food outlets.
Performs all the preparation work for desserts and pastry products for all service outlets of the Hotel according to standard recipes or as specified by superiors.
Stores all food in refrigerated boxes with covers, labels and dates, using the proper containers to protect against waste and spoilage.
Verifies that the stock received from suppliers is to the desired standards of the Kitchen Department.
Helps co-workers in carrying out monthly store inventory
