PARKING ATTENDANT

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to assist with daily parking operations. Responsibilities include monitoring vehicle entry and exit, collecting payments, coordinating shuttle services, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly parking area. The role supports accurate record-keeping and excellent customer service.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients using the parking facility.
  • Record the entry and exit times of vehicles, verifying subscriber status.
  • Notify the Manager of any vehicles not listed as subscribers.
  • Log the number of passengers in each vehicle or shuttle.
  • Monitor shuttle services to ensure adherence to established schedules.
  • Collect parking fees and accurately record them on the daily receipt sheet.
  • Issue official receipts for all payments and promptly remit collected cash to the Manager.
  • Coordinate on-call shuttle services and arrange transportation with the designated driver.
  • Ensure parking areas remain clean, organized, and optimized for maximum capacity.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot to maintain order and security.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and service provider inquiries or complaints.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum SC
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player with a high level of integrity and reliability
