As a Paralegal Clerk you will work under the guidance of seniors and the overall supervision of the Head of Paralegal. You will provide reliable support to our attorneys.
Conduct legal research and analyze case facts and precedents.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, motions, and discovery requests.
Prepare and organize case files for legal proceedings and court hearings.
Maintain legal databases and manage document filing systems.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials on case matters.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with external legal entities, including notaries and court clerks.
Organize and summarize legal information for attorney review.
Schedule appointments and manage legal calendars.
Handle administrative tasks related to case management.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and confidentiality standards.
Support attorneys in developing legal arguments and case strategies.
Keep up to date with legal trends and changes in legislation.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and colleagues.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Head of Paralegal.
