We are a growing steel mill specializing in the production and distribution of quality rebar. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to develop new business, maintain relationships, and put our material into every building site worth its salt.
What you’ll be doing (boots on the ground):
Actively visiting contractors, quincailleries, hardware stores, and construction sites to generate sales
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Identifying new market opportunities and hunting down new accounts
Preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and closing deals
Following up on deliveries, customer queries, and payments
Reporting market feedback, competitor activity, and project pipelines
Working closely with internal sales and production to keep promises realistic and customers happy
Who we’re looking for:
A self-starter who doesn’t wait for the phone to ring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable dealing with site managers, buyers, and business owners
Able to work independently and hit targets without excuses
Valid driving license and willingness to be on the road daily
Experience in the steel, construction, or building materials sector is a big plus
Experience working with quincailleries or construction contractors will be highly advantageous
