In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our GM Punjabi’s product lines by building strong relationships with our reseller clients and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit assigned reseller clients to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, technical guidance, and support to clients as needed.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitor activity within your assigned territory to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Administration and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and new product launches to maximize brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Gather valuable market research and provide regular reports to management on client feedback, emerging trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, detailed and proper documentation of all sales visits, client interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM tools.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 years’ experience in outdoor sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets and demonstrable experience in promoting and selling products line.
- Sales oriented courses/certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English) to handle customer inquiries
- Ability to quickly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Always represents the company with integrity and enthusiasm.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Industrial Zone, Jin Fei, Riche Terre
- Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 17:00 & Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00
