We are looking for a dedicated and personable Outbound Call Service Agent - French speaking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Outbound Call Service Agent will report to the Outbound Team Leader.
Synergy360 Limited is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Call Agent - FR who will play a key role in the increasing of the retention and Company's results.
The main task of the Outbound Call Agent is to acquire and reactivate customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Meeting all corporate, contact centre and client expectations in all areas of performance, quality and compliance
- Able to work in a high-volume work environment.
- Help the CS Department.
Key requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in native French - mandatory
- Good communication of English - good to have
- Excellent oral communication skills is mandatory
- Commercial spirit - mandatory
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
- High level of empathy.
- Knowledge of customer service software/procedures
- Computer-literate with capability in email, Google spreadsheet, Google doc, etc
- Previous experience as a customer service agent is an asset
