We are looking for a dedicated and personable Outbound Call Service Agent - French speaking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Outbound Call Service Agent will report to the Outbound Team Leader.

 

Synergy360 Limited is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Call Agent - FR who will play a key role in the increasing of the retention and Company's results.
The main task of the Outbound Call Agent is to acquire and reactivate customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Meeting all corporate, contact centre and client expectations in all areas of performance, quality and compliance
  • Able to work in a high-volume work environment.
  • Help the CS Department.
Key requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in native French - mandatory
  • Good communication of English - good to have
  • Excellent oral communication skills is mandatory
  • Commercial spirit - mandatory
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
  • High level of empathy.
  • Knowledge of customer service software/procedures
  • Computer-literate with capability in email, Google spreadsheet, Google doc, etc
  • Previous experience as a customer service agent is an asset
