Job Description:
Edison Integrated Ltd, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate installations and service teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical understanding of MEP/renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Manage installation, maintenance, and service teams to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Oversee logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and timelines to optimize profitability.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (MEP background preferred).

• Proven experience in operations or project management.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
