Responsible for preparing and serving tea, maintaining office cleanliness, washing utensils, emptying bins, and ensuring a neat, hygienic, and welcoming workplace.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and serving of tea and refreshments to staff and visitors;
- Distribution of tea and items to different office floors as required;
- Cleaning and maintaining office premises, including offices, corridors, washrooms, and common areas;
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a tidy working environment always;
- Assisting with basic office support duties when required;
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and service duties;
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and well-mannered;
- Basic knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality services;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
