Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Nixxis Contact Suite Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring, troubleshooting, and providing support for the Nixxis Contact Suite. This technical role involves close collaboration with the Contact Center team, other IT resources, internal business units, external clients, and various vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize the Nixxis Contact Suite to meet business requirements and ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Nixxis Contact Suite, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Contact Center team, other IT resources, internal business units, external clients, and vendors.
- Serve as a technical expert on Nixxis-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs and technical challenges.
- Maintain and update documentation related to Nixxis configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in contact center technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the Nixxis Contact Suite or any other Contact Centre Solution. (REQUIRED)
- Strong technical skills and the ability to serve as a technical expert in Nixxis-related matters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience working with contact center teams, IT resources, business units, external clients, and vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.

Working Hours: The working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
You may be required to work nights and weekends (during periods of low usage) when maintenance and deployment work needs to be undertaken.
To ensure continuous technical support, team members will be on call in rotation, ready to respond in case of emergencies.
