Night Auditor

To oversees financial records for the organization. To ensure that assets are secure through appropriate control measures and financial records meet all legal standards for accuracy.

• Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
• Run all Night Audit reports and report to Accountant, Reservations Manager and General Manager when discrepancies are found
• Check all daily audits and report to Front Desk Supervisor, Duty Manager and Reservation Manager when discrepancies are found
• Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
