Responsibilities
Financial
- Ensure that project delivery deviation is less than 5% of objectives in terms of Critical Success Factor (CSF) and budgeted project cost to serve.
- Validate and monitor expenses and client billing to achieve project profitability targets.
- Support management to achieve yearly sales target defined.
Business Development- Align IT objectives and programs to the company's objectives and strategies.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology and regulations to advise the management on possible business risks or gain in competitive advantage for the company.
- Contribute to product development by advising the management on new business line addressing market needs.
- Implement suitable technology to streamline internal operations and secure the office IT infrastructure and data.
- Achieve professional certifications as and when required to support the company objectives.
- Perform pre-sales activities like conducting demonstrations, technical site audits and drafting bill of quantities.
- Support sales team by contributing to prospecting activities to identify potential clients, establish and maintain business relationships in the interest of the company.
Customer- Improve customer experience through regular customer meeting and root cause analysis of recurrent technical problems to formulate and implement new features and/or services.
- Ensure maximum uptime of deployed systems at customer sites using proactive issue detection tools.
- Present new solution features to clients that may contribute to enhancement of guest experience and ROI.
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring problems and identify solution to resolve issue.
- Ensure that support service complies at all times with the terms defined in the company Service Level Agreement.
- Plan monthly service maintenance and provide report to clients
Processes- Design, build and customise technological systems and platforms that address the customer needs while taking into consideration the future industry technology trends.
- Apply proven industry project delivery methodology to ensure success of projects.
- Develop project plan, analyse risk, establish contingency plan and corrective actions.
- Formally report project status, variation and issues to customer.
- Manage supplier order delivery cycle to ensure prompt delivery to operations.
- Arbitrate and resolve operational conflicts during the project delivery cycle.
- Develop standard procedures and improve delivery methodology based on industry standards.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of established company's processes, procedures and policies.
People- Provide strong leadership to the network team by setting clear expectations and goals.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to team during project and support activities.
- Establish performance, development and training plan of team members.
- Contribute to enhance team's technical expertise and certifications.
- Coach and mentor team members during project and support delivery.
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members while addressing performance issues promptly and fairly.
- Foster a knowledge sharing culture and contribute to team cohesion and skills building.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Networking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services, ITIL framework, and Service Delivery models.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HPE Aruba ACMP/AOS-CX, Fortinet NSE 4-7, CCNP/CCIE) highly desirable.
