The Night Auditor is a key representative for the customers:is responsible for the smooth running of operations. Coordinates the night security through the technical service and/or the security agents. He/She is in charge of the cash desk closures.
GENERAL MISSIONS
• Assist clients professionaly upon arrival and departure (check-in / check-out) and during their stay
• Be fully familiar with all the standards, products and services offered in the resort and by Club Med in general in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction
• Suggest improvements to his/her manager regarding daily operations and client experience
• Know and apply internal payment and billing policy, be responsible for any financial transaction made in his/her working area
• Formalize and control the cash register closures of the Welcome & Services department
• Handle any customer request intervening during his/her working hours
• Ensure a perfect preparation of the needs of the service to welcome customers during the day
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Tourism&Hospitality or Front Office
- Experience in a Customer Service or Front Desk position in the Hospitality industry preferred Minimum 1 year
- Excellent telephone skills
- Clean certificate of character is a must.
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages. A third language will be a definite advantage
