The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are well displayed in stores, properly stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
Visit assigned retail outlets according to schedule and route plan.
Arrange and replenish products on shelves according to planograms and company standards.
Ensure products are clean, priced, and properly labelled.
Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock.
Coordinate with the sales team and delivery staff for stock needs.
Identify slow-moving or fast-moving items and report to the Sales Supervisor.
Install promotional displays and materials during campaigns.
Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Conduct regular inventory checks and provide reports.
Ensure availability and visibility of all company products at point of sale.
Report competitor activity, pricing, and new products.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
