The Senior Clerk will provide strong administrative and logistical support to ensure the efficient delivery of training, onboarding, and compliance initiatives across departments. The role requires someone responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work confidently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of training hours
- Coordinate training logistics
- Monitor and follow up on monthly training calendars,
- Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development Partner
- Ensure proper Administrative work & Filing
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of HRDC processes.
- Support departments in conducting internal trainings
- Prepare training reports and assist in the execution of workshops and learning events.

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and reliable with strong follow-up habits
