The Senior Clerk will provide strong administrative and logistical support to ensure the efficient delivery of training, onboarding, and compliance initiatives across departments. The role requires someone responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work confidently under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of training hours
  • Coordinate training logistics
  • Monitor and follow up on monthly training calendars,
  • Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development Partner
  • Ensure proper Administrative work & Filing
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of HRDC processes.
  • Support departments in conducting internal trainings
  • Prepare training reports and assist in the execution of workshops and learning events.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and reliable with strong follow-up habits
  • Discreet and respectful of confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
