Our client in the Sales & Marketing sector is seeking to recruit a Medical Sales Representatives. The incumbent will report to the Country Manager and will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- Present and sell company medical products to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and CME events (after office hours, weekends).
Profiles:
- BSc degree in Marketing, Biology, Medicine, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- A comprehensive understanding of the medical field, and strong communication skills.
