Your main role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

 

The ideal candidate must also have an ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans. He/she will assist the Managing Director in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.

  • Manage the social media communication
    • Managing of Social Media Channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
    • Create engaging text, image and video content
    • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
    • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
    • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
    • Provide creative ideas for content marketing
    • Prepare marketing plan and budget based on strategy
    • Monitor social media presence and ensure proper moderation
    • Gain new insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
    • Partner with media agencies to promote digital presence
    • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Marketing
    • Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
    • Identify and keep tabs on competitors
    • Manage sales and marketing literature for every market
    • Liaise with the designer for the creation of sales kits (brochure, flyers, adverts, etc.)
    • Coordinate trade shows and special events
    • Website & Showroom:
      • Supervise the creation and launching of the new website
      • Update website occasionally
      • Maintain website and user experience to ensure back-end functionality
      • Recommending changes to the showroom layout to improve customer experience
      • Coordinate projects for improving the showroom

Required skills and qualifications

  • Creativity - thinking outside the box!
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
  • Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in planning and leading initiatives
  • Desire to learn and grow in the role and beyond
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
