To plan and execute integrated marketing programs that grow brand awareness, drive demand for consumer good products and services. The role combines campaign management, digital content, partner engagement, events, and performance tracking to deliver measurable business results

 

Job Description 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content: website pages, social media posts, emailers, product collateral, case studies, presentations, and press materials.
• Manage Huawei Mauritius social media channels and content calendar; grow engagement and follower base through targeted content and paid social programs.
• Plan and deliver events, webinars, roadshows, and partner/customer workshops including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
• Support channel marketing and partner enablement activities; develop partner co-marketing assets and campaigns.
• Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams and external agencies to adapt global campaigns to the local market.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools; produce weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Maintain brand consistency and compliance with corporate brand and communication guidelines.
• Manage marketing budgets and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective execution.
Job requirements 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in B2C or technology marketing, ideally with exposure to retail stores.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels: social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Strong content creation skills: copywriting, presentation design, and basic graphic design or familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience organizing events, webinars, or roadshows.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM, or marketing automation platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Team player with good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
