The Marketing & Digital Executive is responsible for supporting the hotel’s marketing strategy with a focus on digital channels, brand awareness, and guest engagement. This role ensures the hotel’s online presence is strong and marketing campaigns drive revenue, bookings, and customer loyalty
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the hotel’s website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure content is regularly updated, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Optimize SEO/SEM to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
- Manage online reviews and reputation across platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA sites).
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and events.
- Develop creative content (photos, videos, posts) for social media and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and media partners to ensure timely execution.
- Support sales team with collateral and promotional material.
Brand & Guest Engagement
- Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines.
- Promote loyalty programs and guest engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with operational teams to capture and promote hotel experiences.
- Support CSR activities and community engagement projects.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track ROI for campaigns, promotions, and online activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in digital presence and guest engagement.
Must Have:
At least 3 to 5 years in Hotel Industry.
