The MCCI Business School is looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to strengthen its marketing department.

 

  1. Strategic Planning and Implementation
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and courses.
    • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital efforts with the overall marketing strategy and goals of the business school.
  2. Content Creation and Management
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the business school's website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
    • Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to produce content that highlights the school’s courses, faculty, success stories, and events.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
  3. Social Media Management
    • Develop and manage the school’s presence across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform).
    • Engage with prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders through regular posts, stories, and updates.
    • Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  4. Website Management and Optimization
    • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the business school’s website, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
    • Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  5. Email Marketing
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students, current students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
    • Track and report on the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

 

 

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion
    • Implement and manage lead generation strategies to attract prospective students, such as landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
    • Nurture leads through the funnel with targeted messaging and content, guiding them towards enrollment.
    • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and track the conversion process.
  2. Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  3. Brand Management
    • Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are consistent with the MCCI Business School’s brand identity and messaging.
    • Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, testimonials, and mentions of the MCCI Business School across digital platforms.
  4. Event Promotion
    • Promote events such as open days, webinars, guest lectures or any other events through digital channels.
    • Create event-specific landing pages, social media posts, and email campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
  5. Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.
    • Liaise with external vendors, such as digital agencies, designers, and developers, as needed.

 

  1. Budget Management
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently across various campaigns and platforms.
    • Track spending and ROI to optimize budget allocation and maximize results.
  2. Compliance and Best Practices
    • Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
    • Adhere to ethical marketing practices and maintain the integrity of the MCCI Business School’s reputation.
