Manager - Group Financial Analytics (2543-MGFA)

Our client is seeking to recruit for the post of Manager - Group Financial Analytics to join its Finance Group. The incumbent will play a key part in leading financial analysis, shaping strategic insights, and driving decision-making across the Group to support sustainable growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Group-wide FP&A activities, including performance reporting, strategic support and business partnering.
• Conduct investment portfolio valuations, liaise with auditors, and prepare fair value reports for the Board and ARC.
• Develop and update cash flow and liquidity models, run scenarios, and present insights.
• Prepare quarterly Board/ARC reports, year-end deliverables, and profit announcement commentary.
• Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data.
• Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership, to support strategic decision-making and value creation.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a related finance role.
• FP&A experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, practices, and reporting standards.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
