Key Tasks

• Lead the Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation department and ensure optimal functioning of all machinery and systems.
• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance and readiness of factory equipment during crop and intercrop periods.
• Drive automation initiatives including SCADA, PLC programming and instrumentation upgrades in close collaboration with production teams.
• Ensure proper stock control, availability of critical parts and cost-effective procurement of equipment.
• Promote and enforce high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping within the department.
• Analyse technical issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong experience in electrical systems, automation and industrial maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to work with technical systems.
• Structured, detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality standards.
• Experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
