We are actually looking for dynamic and self-motivated persons to join our Maintenance Department
Qualifications:
- Form V (or equivalent)
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Candidates should have 3 years experience in the field.
- Able to work on shift system
Description of Tasks:
Performs repairs or maintenance activities by:- Doing planned maintenance works as per machine suppliers’ specifications or identified needs.
- Identifying nature of fault causing machinery breakdown.
- Proceeding with repairs in case of minor issue.
- Troubleshooting equipments and or parts thereof
- Informing the Maintenance Supervisor of resources required such as spare parts, help from others, manuals or instructions in case of major problems.
- Identifying root cause of failure if any.
- Verifying circuits/system before restart.
- Proceeding with trials
- Monitoring the equipment in running conditions to ensure high production efficiency
- Taking over repair work, which was started during previous shift as and when necessary
- Assists machine operators
- Keep records of problems and interventions
- Keep records about job done on specific machinery to compile historical data
