The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the all the rides, the Air Conditioning System, F&B hot and cold equipment of the facility are in safe operating order at all times and are in compliance with the norms of the company
The primary responsibility of Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure that the
all the rides, the Air Conditioning System, F&B hot and cold equipment of the facility are in safe operating order at all times and are in compliance with the norms of the company.
Being in this role, you will be involved but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the cold (cold rooms and chiller) storage facility system
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the hot and cold F&B equipment of the park
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the Air Conditioning units of the park
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and operate the different rides (Tulawaka, Pangia rides and Toboggan) in the park
- Carry out projects with the following responsibilities:
- Carry out preliminary design and layouts
- Build the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) for the project
- Ensure that the best offer is obtained from supplier
- Execute and supervise the technical part of the project
- Ensure project is done with budget and planning
- Final Testing and commissioning
- Obtain/monitor operational set points, control points and daily events related to F&B equipment, rides and Air Conditioning Unit
- Service, repair, adjust and test machines, devices, moving parts and equipment that operates primarily on the basis of mechanical principles
- Develop a preventative maintenance culture that protects company assets and avoids reactionary crisis management
- Track all costs related to the operation and maintenance of F&B equipment, rides and Air Conditioning Unit for the Preventive Maintenance Program
- Ensure fire protection systems and equipment are well serviced and in place
- Involve in the reparation and installation of electrical components, equipment and fixtures, rehabilitates fuse panels
- Identify and solve mechanical, plumber and electrical issues
- Hold NTC3 in Maintenance studies or any other alternate acceptable qualification
- At least 3 years of related work experience in supervisory roles
- Ability to read and understand design plans, construction drawings
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Demonstrate a high level of troubleshooting, comprehension and operational experience
- Excellent analytical, communication and mechanical skills
- Strong experience in process controls and electrical fields
- Must have a high skill level in ammonia refrigeration operation/maintenance
