Maintenance Officer

Evaco Beach Club Ltd, situated at Trou aux Biches is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer for its restaurant premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform light/minor maintenance tasks and general repairs.
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
General painting tasks carpentry tasks, decking renovation.
Perform general plumbing tasks where required and as instructed.
General masonry tasks such as filling crevices.
Repairs sunbed, barriers, and other commonly used facilities.
Handle tools and equipment appropriately while performing any tasks.
Ensure relevant personal and protective equipment such as but not limited to safety shoes, hard hat, reflective vest, gloves, goggles, etc. are worn while on duty.
Assist in trimming of plants, flowers, green spaces, trees, bushes
Any other duties related to post.

Requirements

Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in Maintenance field.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
Make own diagnosis of issues, prepare intervention reports.
Attention to details.
Punctual and professional in approach.
