Keep superior informed with customers’ complaints
Carry out Monthly Stock Inventory in the maintenance department in collaboration with the Cost Controller/Accounts Clerk
Perform monthly purchase of items for repairs and maintenance
- Take part in training and implement accordingly
- Play an active role in the team
- Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
- Ensure high level of quality services are delivered at all times
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations
- Keep superior informed with customers’ complaints
- Carry out Monthly Stock Inventory in the maintenance department in collaboration with the Cost Controller/Accounts Clerk
- Perform monthly purchase of items for repairs and maintenance
- Prepare Purchase Request on Winhms and forward to Account department
- Assist in the preparation of budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
- Prepare utilities report (CWA/CEB/GAS) and forward thereon to Superior
- Perform data input on Vipertex System for rosters and WINHMS system for other related issues
- Answer, direct phone calls, take and distribute messages
- Review files and records to answer request for information
- Check and distribute documents and correspondence
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system
- Liaise with Housekeeping and Front Office department regarding arrivals and departures
- Coordinate work functions with fellow worker and other departments
- Liaise with S&H Officer pertaining to H&S related issues
- Liaise with Central Purchasing Office – Head Office for creation of new suppliers and item code respectively
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
