The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Natec Medical LTD is a Company who is specialized in the design and the manufacture of Catheters. We care about the Development of Medical High Technology to save lives around the world.

We are now seeking for our Maintenance Technician who will team up with the maintenance team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible to perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in manufacturing process.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Spare parts Management

-          Ensure that all mechanical parts are made available for the proper functioning of the production.

-          Manufacture of toolings for R&D and Method department.

Maintenance & Reparation

-          Ensure that maintainance of machines is done properly and at a regular interval.

-          Ensure that cables and other mechanical fittings are properly installed and services regulary.

-          Attend urgently to any machine breakdown so as to avoid work disruption in production.

-          Ensure the roof top maintenance on a regular basis

-          Ensure the reparation of tooling for R&D & production department.

Reports

-          To carry out internal inventory of keys and tools

-          Responsible for maintenance report and update on Sage X3 in a timely manner.

-          Updating of calibration report on Sage X3.

Qualifications and Experiences:

-       Technician Certificate in maintenance or similar fields

-       Minimum 2 years of experience as Technician in industrial fields

-       Proactive

-       Attention to details

-       Possessing strong analytical skills, attention to details and an investigative mindset

-       Ability to communicate to effectively work well with colleagues
