Lift Technician

To work in the lift department

• Execute works as per daily schedule of works and to the highest workmanship level.
• Abide to and maintain company quality procedures on site.
• Effective use of company resources and materials on site.
• Effective use and safeguarding of company assets.
• Abide to company Quality, Safety, Health and Environment procedures on site.
• Maintain right attitude towards client/ superiors.
• Able to Read and interpret sketches, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and manufacturers operations and maintenance manuals.
• Installs mechanical components, controllers, circuit breakers, motors or any other work related to lift installations and maintenance.
• Be familiar with all types of instrumentation and tools for troubleshooting of Elevators and Escalators.
• Update supervisor on progress and completion of assigned task.
• Must be willing to work odd hours including Saturdays and Sundays whenever required.
• Clean workplace as and when required and when job is completed/ Ensure proper housekeeping on site.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by management.
