Responsible for securing tenants, managing lease negotiations, and supporting leasing operations. The role involves building strong tenant relationships, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to support marketing and leasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
· Achieve leasing objectives and meet performance targets
· Identify leasing opportunities through direct inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and broker networks
· Coordinate and ensure timely execution of tenant fit-outs in collaboration with project and facilities teams
· Communicate marketing and promotional campaigns clearly and effectively to potential tenants
· Assist in attracting, assessing, and negotiating with prospective tenants
· Conduct site visits and present available spaces to interested parties
· Maintain and update a robust pipeline of leasing prospects
· Understand prospective tenants’ needs, preferences, and financial capabilities
· Prepare and deliver lease agreements and related documentation promptly and accurately
· Manage lease renewals, extensions, relocations, and terminations
· Ensure compliance with company policies on AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
· Uphold and represent the company’s values and standards in all tenant interactions
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leasing, sales, or the financial sector
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Marketing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service
· Solid understanding of sales principles and effective sales techniques
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
