The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the property’s learning culture by coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring training and development activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with the resort’s strategic goals and Marriott International standards.
  • Support training needs analysis and assist in developing annual training plans for all departments.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and employee development sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training effectiveness and continuous employee growth.
  • Promote a strong learning culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Assist with talent development programs and support performance management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and training management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
