We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to support employee growth and skills development through both classroom and online learning.

What you will be doing:

• Support the development and rollout of the Learning & Development Plan
• Identify training needs in different departments
• Assist in designing and delivering training content, including e-learning and blended learning
• Work with HODs/stakeholders to ensure training materials meet our Training Policy and quality standards
• Support the creation of online learning videos for the HR Kiosk
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of training programmes
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the company
• Prepare and submit training reports

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in Learning and Development,
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to design engaging training content and utilise various training tools.
