Lead Engineer

Are you a driven engineering professional ready to take on a multi-faceted leadership role in a high-precision manufacturing environment. As the Lead Engineer he/she will oversee and coordinate three areas of our production process: Polyimide section, Maintenance, and Sub-Assembly section (SACO)

Key Responsibilities

1)      Team Leadership

• Provide guidance and expertise to the teams concerning product process, specifications, planning and quality measures.
• With the support of the Assistant manager of maintenance and the SACO Supervisor, manage the performance of all technicians/operators
• Identify and carry out on the job training and ensure skills matrix implementation

2)      Quality/Resource Management

• Ensures that the right quality and quantity of raw materials and equipment / tools are available according to the defined production schedules
• Liaise with the Head of Departments to resolve any issues with resource availability.

3)      Production Target

• Take action to ensure that the various production KPI’s and targets are met
• Escalate matters where necessary to higher management
