We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Technician to join our team !

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of kitchen and work areas

  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of kitchen equipment and LPG safety valves

  • Monitor and maintain hot/cold equipment, fire safety systems, lighting, and general fixtures

  • Complete maintenance logs, reports, and assigned paperwork

  • Assist with minor repairs (e.g., light bulbs, furniture adjustments, painting)

  • Follow hotel safety, health, and emergency procedures

  • Report accidents, hazards, or suspicious activity promptly

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

  • Support the hotel's image and deliver high service standards

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of hot and cold kitchen equipment

  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards
