We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Technician to join our team !
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of kitchen equipment and LPG safety valves
Monitor and maintain hot/cold equipment, fire safety systems, lighting, and general fixtures
Complete maintenance logs, reports, and assigned paperwork
Assist with minor repairs (e.g., light bulbs, furniture adjustments, painting)
Follow hotel safety, health, and emergency procedures
Report accidents, hazards, or suspicious activity promptly
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Support the hotel's image and deliver high service standards
Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of hot and cold kitchen equipment
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards
