Assist in all the Kitchen administrative task as per SOPs

 

 
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1Take part in training and implement accordingly
2Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
3Adapt to unexpected situation
4Knowledgeable and compliant to Rules and Regulations prevaling in the Establishment
5Abide to  grooming  in accordance with hotel’s standards
6Roster – Follow up and formatting Kitchen Rosters
7Ensure that Vipertex is being updated on a daily basis
8Ensure proper leave management for kitchen team
9Participate actively in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
10Ensure energy saving (electricity and water)
11Comply with Quality Management System, HACCP and S&H regulations and policies
12Receive and examine work programmes from superior
13Respect and apply SOP
14Ensure compliance to all safety standards
15Respect procedures for food handling purposes
16Ensure the cleaning of the workplace
17Follow up and act according to HR Procedure
18Follow up of Uniforms desclaimer from process
19Record of all overtime with reason on excel format
20Monthly report of overtime as per standard format
21Ensure that operation related information is being communicated to the Kitchen Operation Team and Outlet Chefs
22Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
23Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
