Storekeeper

Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxurious resort in Mauritius, is seeking an organised and efficient Storekeeper to join our operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our resort's inventory and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Duties & Responsibilites

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records for all resort supplies and equipment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed
• Process requisitions and distribute supplies to various departments within the resort
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
• Implement and maintain an organised storage system for easy retrieval of items
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storeroom
• Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and any issues
• Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory items
• Participate in annual inventory audits and support external auditors as required
