We are looking for a talented Junior IT engineer to join the team at our St Pierre office.
The role involves maintaining the onsite and cloud hosted IT infrastructure across multiple geographic regions. You'll be working within the IT Ops team and based out of our St Pierre office.

Main focus of the role
We are looking for a talented Junior IT engineer to join the team at our St Pierre office.
The role involves maintaining the onsite and cloud hosted IT infrastructure across multiple geographic regions. You'll be working within the IT Ops team and based out of our St Pierre office.
What you’ll do
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Define, develop and execute DR tests
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
To fly in your role, you’ll need
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Knowledge of best practice regarding overall domain security
- Must have a strong understanding of current technology
- Some experience with Microsoft Intune
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Exposure to setting up and maintaining DNS
- Knowledge of setting up and maintaining policies in Azure
- Setting up and executing DR tests
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
- Exposure to with S2S VPN connectivity
